Preston has never treated me that way. I am very grateful for Preston and if it was not for him I would not be taking my car to Honda.

I brought my car in at 10:30am. I was not told anything until 4:30 pm. After I made several tries at knowing how much longer it would take I was only told it would be longer. I finally went to the desk of AJ and was told they had been slammed all day. I had also mentioned I was going to get some food at one point and when I returned I was told I had lost my place since I left. I only had an oil change and a diagnostic done today. I realize this is not how you want to run your service department but it was today????
