Alejandro has always provided great customer service and support. as an example I did not have to call back and arrange for the shuttle to come pick me up. He took care of it and had Harvey call me and pick me up. Harvey came and picked me up, and remember me from previous appointments. Both have provided great service and support. Thanks.

Went in for a recall service. Was told it would be done in 3 hours. They then said they needed another 3-4 hours, so we left with the vehicle and it has not been repaired. Very very disappointing and frustrating. We live 45 minutes away and wasted half a day for nothing.

I was there for almost 3 hours before anyone spoke with me, and then it was Theodore Davis, noting I had been there a long time and had I heard from my service advisor. When I said no, he kindly checked on things for me and said that my advisor was on lunch break. Soon, Keith informed me of where my oil leak was, and wanted to make an appointment for me to have it repaired. I wrongly assumed that the car was being repaired while I waited. Keith said, well, there were a few cars ahead of you. I also was told of some other concerns and wondered why this was not mentioned to me on 12/18/23 when I had my car in, and was told about the oil leak , and their recommendation for cabin and air filter changes. I was also told I would have to make two appointments, or leave the car for two days to do the repairs.
