The wait time was two hours for the oil change and the filters were not there, which I understand since it was not a Honda. I had to leave before the filters could be changed because I had to be at work.
The man that helped me was very nice and apologized for the wait. He did not know that I had a time frame.
In the future, I will let the associate know my needed time frame.
