Our van sale was very quick and I appreciate that the turn around was fast.. The inspection was never actually fully reviewed with us. The van was given to me with 10 miles left on the tank of gas - I immediately had to find a gas station. I was given one FOB but not told it only came with one. Our experience today to pick up and sign paperwork was disjointed and it made me feel like I couldn’t have confidence that what was being done was supposed to actually be done. I’m not sure or confident that all the appropriate paperwork was signed, not sure if I’m supposed to contact the DMV.. Again, just bothered that the van we payed over 30,000 for came to me with an empty gas tank too. I feel like our service was a let down and I can’t confidently recommend or send friends or family here based on our experience. We’ve had an experience at Piedmont Honda in Anderson and our sales rep felt like he cared about us personally and our family; I didn’t get that from this experience which left me feeling a huge lack of confidence across the board.
