Justin was great. He was available when I called—without being on hold forever. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Completely different from my experience at Santa Monica Genesis where it was very difficult to get anyone on the phone; the person was different each time; and they never had any helpful information. Thank you, Justin, for making my Genesis experience fit the description “concierge.”

Let me just say that my experience with Justin was the best the best service experience (like this) that I’ve ever had. Ever. Justin is smart, fast, he’s kind and makes the whole thing deceptively easy. Don’t lose this man! He’s the reason I’ll be back.

The people at Pasadena are very nice - a HUGE difference from my extremely bad experiences at Santa Monica. I wrote to corporate and there should be a detailed letter about my Santa Monica experience. Pasadena Genesis appears to really care. The several people I spoke with are exactly what you want to represent your company. The issue hasn’t been fixed - but we are going to try yet again. There is something wrong with the computer since the update and knocked my ability to make phone calls or even command the radio to go on. I’ve unpaired and repaired my mobile and still nothing. If I get it to work, it’s fine until I turn off the car and whe I restart the car it doesn’t work again.
