Door does lock now but you cannot exit from that door. It just now be opened from the outside which is not how it went in. I need to make an appointment to have this fixed. I have left a voicemail for Shaun after he left for the day so I’m sure he will follow up with me tomorrow

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your service center for my Hyundai Palisade. I initially brought my car in because the engine light was on. After an inspection, your team recommended urgent fixes as well as additional recommended repairs. I agreed to proceed with all the suggested work, which cost me approximately $3,171.
Unfortunately, less than 24 hours after collecting my car, the engine light has turned back on. This is both shocking and disappointing, as it suggests the root issue was not resolved properly during the service.
I would like this matter addressed promptly, as I trusted your team’s expertise and recommendations. Kindly advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.

Lake of update on vehicle repair work when car was in shop, not drivable, for almost 30 days waiting for back order part. I had to keep calling couple times each week for updates. Also, extremely difficult to ever reach anyone in the Service department. Inexcusable to not have a loaner vehicle, especially for times when it’s known that repairs will take several days especially when part is on back order.

This was my first time there. Apparently no one gives a damn about time. Everyone is so relaxed and calm. They don’t listen to what I said. I told them that Im in a rush please don’t send my car to car wash, but yet they went and got it out of the car wash after I told that I have to leave again. The guy who went and brought the car put it in park without coming to a complete stop. How do you run this place with such group of people? It’s amazing. I won’t be coming back

Call me at ****-****-xxxx. I can’t talk to anyone. No one answers phones or calls. You have had the car about a week. This is the third attempt to get a warranty repair made. The second time you said the car was fixed and it couldn’t be driven off the lot. From this point on, I am calling Hyundai corporate, an attorney, looking into State agencies to complain to, etc. just do the right thing and fix the car. It just shouldn’t be this hard.

I did not receive call and only texts regarding my saturday service. I tried to call after I got a text saying my car was ready for pickup. I tried to see if the cashier would be open to pay and get my keys after service was closed but no one answered. Since another dealership allow you to pickup your car after service was closed but the dealership was open. I drove down after service was closed, the cashier was closed and the information guys would not help me. I had to drive down again the next dat and waste my time and gas to get my car.

I left my car for service. When I called to check if the car was ready no one was able to tell me absolutely anything. No one knew if the car was ready or if anyone worked on it. My advisor was apparently not feeling well and he left. I would’ve assumed that in this case someone else supposed to take over. Instead no one knew anything and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She took my name and phone number 2 times and promised someone will call me. No call until 6pm then when I called back she was giving me some attitude and telling me that my advisor was not there and no one knew what’s going on with my car. That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I believe the Mrs. Debbie needs to be sent to some kind of customer service training. This is beyond frustrating. For more than 8 hours no one had any answers what’s going on with my car. Thank God Shaun came back on the next morning and took care of everything because everyone else was completely lost. Anyhow, I’m very grateful for Shaun and he always takes great care of my vehicle. Thank you all and Happy Holidays.
