My car is 10 years old with 120,000 miles. We are beginning to think about our next vehicle and the service department is a large part of our consideration. And Hyundai does not look good

There was no communication with my service provider to tell me anything about my vehicle - what was done, when it would be ready. When it was ready I received a text so I went to the dealership. He still had no contact with me and neglected to bring my paperwork to the checkout.
Before this, I brought my car in over 7 months ago and parts were ordered. I was never called or notified when they were in. I had to call about them. Again, no contact or customer service. In all my years of owning cars and taking them to dealerships for service, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Took way too long.
Had a 7 am appointment, was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. but when it was getting close to 9, I checked in on the status of my vehicle. they said technicians don't start working until 8 so its an hour and a half from there... ? so why can I make a 7 am appointment? Who has this much time to wait for an oil change?
Otherwise it was okay. I drive 40 minutes to this location because I trust them much more than the one 5 minutes from my house.

I am satisfied with my service. I dropped my car off early and they were able to finish before the scheduled time. It was wonderful however the hours online were not the same as on the door so when trying to pick up the car the service center was closed. I received an email stating I missed my appointment after I already received an email the service was completed.

It would be helpful if the notifications included service office hours. We received a text at 3:40PM on a Saturday saying our car was ready for pick up and when we arrived shortly after 4PM, the service desk was closed.

I dropped my car off at the dealership and they sent me a message that my car was fully serviced. When I went to the maintenance department, they told me that my car was being repaired and that I had to have it repaired outside Hyundai. I told them that they had sent me a message that the car had been repaired according to what you said, but I did not get an answer and left my car with them. So I want to have my car fully repaired according to what was repaired.
