Kendall is 12/10. He is the absolute glue to the service department. He is patient with me and has literally saved my daughter and I hours away when the car broke down. This is only first day since they put a new starter in to see if that is why it was not starting Not long enough to really see if that was the problem. But everything else they did I am satisfied with. John was very nice to work with.

There was very little communication about the status of my car on the almost 3 months it was with this service center. Getting a hold of somebody was one of the hardest thing I've ever done. I went MONTHS without knowing what was happening with my car and when I would expect to get it back. Not at all happy with that. The cashier woman was also rude but that's besides the point. Please please please work on the communication with your customers ESPECIALLY if you have their vehicle for months on end.

I dropped off my vehicleat 2:20pm. I received a text message and email at 4:05 pm that your service is completed and ready to go home. I was waiting for someone to call me but no one came to me or called me. I went to the service guy at 4:30 and asked him if my car is ready, roberto was not there. He said your paper is here with me but I don’t have your key, you have to wait. Any way i waited couple minutes and went back asked the guy he said i still don’t have your key and he went to check inside. He came after couple minutes that your service is not done yet. I was surprised, these service guys actually don’t care about our time and their customer service is very bad, this is my 3rd time facing bad experience. Your service customer service needs to be improved, they are careless towards customer

This is my 4th Hyundai that I have bought new. I have been to a couple different Hyundai service stations, and this one in Chantilly is just bad. The experience from getting out of my car for an appointment to picking it back up is just not what I've grown to expect from a Hyundai dealer. No one greets you, and instead you have to go inside and just wait around until some one announces they can help you even though there is no one waiting for help. It seems like all of the employees here are just really unhappy, and that has not been my experience at any other Hyundai. Chantilly ordered a part for me, but when it comes in I will likely go to a different Hyundai service station. I've been twice to Chantilly and really just felt confused on where to go and what to do even though I had an appointment, and then felt like I was a **** to all the employees even though I didn't ask for anything other than car maintenance. I would suggest you call the South point Hyundai dealer in Austin TX and ask for some help on customer service.

I brought my car in because the Check Engine light came on. Since there was no indication of exactly what was wrong or how severe the issue was, I wanted to get it fixed before driving much more. I first came in Saturday morning and was informed the service department doesn't do diagnostics on the weekend. This would be good information to have on your web site so I wouldn't have wasted my time. I was asked if I wanted to leave my car or bring it back on Monday. I asked if a service loaner was available and was informed they were not offered. Again, this would be good information to put on your web site. Your web site specifically mentions service loaners and rental vehicles for service customers but I was told this service wasn't available. When I was called to be informed of the problem with my car along with another issue, I asked for the cost to fix it and was given the total cost only, not the breakdown of the cost for each service until I specifically asked what the cost of each was. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was given my paperwork and keys but not told where my vehicle was. When I asked, I was told it was either parked in the line next to the service entrance or off to the right. It turns out, it was parked about 20 spaces away from the service entrance and not where I would have looked based on the vague directions I was given. I was only able to find my vehicle because I have an air tag in it and was able to track it on my phone. Overall, the service was adequate, but not good. Each of the people I interacted with acted as if it were a bother that they had to do the job they were doing and were just doing the minimum instead of providing good customer service. For any future maintenance, I will look at other Hyundai dealerships first since it seems my business isn't appreciated here.

Communication was lacking from the service rep. The car was there for 9 days when I was told it would take 2 days. Never I was called to give an update in those 9 days. I had to call multiple times with no one answering, and no updates. There is a complete lack of communication and being accountable for informing the customer. Not sure how seriously you take this feedback. I got my car yesterday after a hassle. Today again I got an engine light with a different warning. Had to tow it back to the dealership.

Took more than a month to get 2 new fobs and laser engraved keys for the car and they still are not completely useful. They require pins to attach the key to the fob. Those had to be ordered. What I don't get is why those items couldn't have been checked to make sure they were in stock before I had to come in to get the fobs programmed. Now I have to take a 3rd trip to the dealership just to get those key pins installed. I addition, I was able to try to new laser engarved keys on the car the other day and neither work. I'm hoping there'll be a solution to that. Out of the 10 years I've been taking my car there for service, this epsiode has left me extremely frustrated.

The service that was completed was fine, but here are some things I noticed during my visit. - I asked for the wiper fluid to be refilled, but it qas not - I texted the number I was given for an update, but no one responded - I called the line while I was there, but no one picked up - I went to see Kendall and waited for a few minutes at his desk, but he wasn't there - Another rep next to him said he would come check in with me, i never got a check in and waited 45 minutes - I just randomly went to the checkout desk and my paperwork and keys happened to be there ready to go, but the woman was on the phone - I was given my keys with no communication, no idea where my car was Communication is a very real issues and the customer facing staff did not listen, respond, or communicate during this visit.
