I left multiple voicemails for service department, none were ever answered. Sometimes the phone would ring and employees would pick it up and then hang up to get rid of the call. You must be short-staffed.

I literally tried for over 3 hours over 3 days to reach a human in the Service department as I had multiple questions that automated service can’t answer. No one answered the phone. I finally booked via the automated service which is subpar as it doesn’t provide you scheduling options.
When I checked in, the Genesis service desk rep (I believe Elliot Glover) was gone for 15 minutes and when he showed up, was more interested in his cell phone than talking about what I needed done with my car. When I checked out, he didn’t go over what work was completed but simply said you can pay at the checkout. The pay clerk was literally on his cell phone when I asked him questions about the service to my car and acted like I was bothering him by asking basic questions and hurried me along. When I got home, I see from the invoice that I received service I hadn’t requested like a tire rotation (though the receipt says “Customer states please perform…) I never requested tire rotation service. Elliot never explained this or any of the work that was accomplished.
Of course I tried calling to see what service was actually accomplished. I plan on rotating my tires in another 1000 miles and couldn’t get a service rep to answer and confirm if that work was actually done as I hadn’t requested it.
Super disappointing service. The Genesis service rep (Elliot) and pay clerk’s customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve previously raved about Genesis Chantilly but these two reps have changed my perspective.
Conversely, HUGE Kudos to the Parts Department. Super friendly, proactive and helpful.
