Our 2024 Durango we bought new was towed from our garage to the dealership because it suddenly died on wed,Jan 28.No power, nothing. Was told it was hooked up to diagnostic equipment for 3 days looking for a bad module. Found nothing. Picked up on Saturday 8th. Passenger seat was dirty and stained. Battery cover under Passenger seat would not close, looked like Battery cables installed wrong. Very disappointed that the Durango was at Grissom foe 10 days and nothing was found, and Passenger seat needed to be cleaned

You should work out the kinks in any new computer system before launching. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and handed the keys to your employee and the next day received a missed appointment text and my appointment was moved to later in the day! UNACCEPTABLE Then I was told my recall fix was a 2-3 hour job,again dropped car off the night before and again handed keys to your employee. Next day I received a message that my car had been inspected and NEVER heard nothing else the rest of the day. NO CALL,TEXT,COMMUNICATION NOTHING FROM YOU. Went in after work and was told "it's been done for awhile...not time stamp in my receipt for when it went in or came out of service so I have no idea when it was being worked on. No issues with the tech who worked on my vehicle as it is running great,I just feel your customer commitment is lacking. I love chrysler and Ram products and will continue to purchase in the future but I will probably use a different dealer for any services I need until you get your act together. I do not need to be responded too and do not want anyone reaching out to me about this just fix it!
