I had my 1st oil change. In less than a day the oil was leaking out. I used your tow service which took several hours for them to come. When I got my car back all setting were changed(seats, mirrors, radio etc) my car was dirty and the mats have tracks. The tow service sent a text saying I could track them but no link. I asked the driver when he got there but he said he didn't know about the text. Plus this was extra gas used for them to drive from Silsbee to Beaumont. I am disappointed in this service.

I was there 2 hours for an oil change and not once did I get an update until I had to ask for myself. Once I did, Amber then decided to inform me they didn’t have my oil filter and had to order it but not to worry because they were pulling up with the filter as I was asking. Then, amber called me over once the vehicle was finished and told me I needed to pay 117.00 for my oil change. I informed her I get free oil changes, and she proceeded to ask if I had my service contract with me and boy thankfully I did. I told her it was in my glove box. I walked to my car to grab it and I opened my car door and Amber had the audacity to then DIG THROUGH MY CAR AND MY GLOVE BOX, didn’t ask, just started digging. Pissed is an understatement. That was not the first unprofessional act from her. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership. Not even my worst enemy. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed. Like who digs through someone’s car? I should have been able to get into my OWN car and grab what she needed. Unprofessional and disgusting.
