I think I can speak as a loyal Ganley Toyota customer. I have bought or leased, I believe, 10 vehicles at this dealership. I am still in shock over the cost to repair the operation of my driver’s window.
I have no problem with service agent Matthew.
It seems to me that $953 is way out of line, even by today’s standards. With service charges and tax included, the $953 is almost $80 more than the price we discussed. Estimates should be based on out-the-door cost or clearly state that they are not.

We were charged for an oil change we were not supposed to be charged on, if it was not for me having to take time out of my day and reach out to Marco we would have never gotten a refund for the incorrect charging via the service team.
