Dan, the service desk employee, consistently demonstrated exceptional politeness, approachability, and professionalism throughout my interaction. I kindly request that you consider my feedback for his next performance evaluation. While I appreciate that my vehicle was serviced for a recall and that my only expenses were for air and cabin filters, I believe it would enhance the overall experience to receive a video showcasing the installation of the new parts. Having service videos not only adds an extra layer of transparency but also fosters a greater sense of satisfaction with the service provided.

Today , I was at another Toyota dealership where I had scheduled to have the “recall” on my Rav 4 repaired an a oil change. After being checked in I was told to go and speak to the gentleman inside. I entered the room and the gentleman never looked up or acknowledged I had walked into the room-he continued to plugged along on the computer until I spoke… I explained the problem I was having and asked if someone could drive it so they could hear the noise and possibly tell me what could be wrong -his immediate response was it ‘s $110 for diagnostic test . I told him no and to forget the oil change. I called your dealership and spoke with Michelle ….. her attitude was so pleasant….she told me I could come in today to get an oil change and someone could test drive the car .. when I walked into the dealership everyone speaks to you and acknowledge that you are there..Great experience. I

I have been a customer since 2009 and on my 3rd Toyota. Since Mike Ash left I’ve called 3 times to ask to deal with Austin and was out with someone else. Coming in for service on 2/5 and treated like I have never been there before and my car did not get washed and I had to ask another services person for info on my next services in the future. I am very disappointed and saddened with the employees of Ganley. It’s lost the personal feel and integrity That I didn’t mind spending more money on for service I can find cheaper and more local. Can’t say I’d want to Buy a 4 Toyota from Ganley now.
