Serena was very polite and thorough. She went over some possible fixes with me regarding the back window water dispenser and a heater issue before my car actually went to the garage tech.
Also, she was able to keep the appointment i had scheduled in person six months prior; however, for some reason it wasn't in the Kia system. Serena also re-input some of my personal information into the system because it was also gone.
