Excellent service by Devon. He was very helpful to me. He went out of his way to keep me informed of the service being done on my car. The work was expensive but I knew that going in. I think the dealer can do a better job than anyone else and so the price was reasonable.
I trust only a Kia dealership for an oil change. I used to use Jiffylube for years but, by failing to secure the oil plug satisfactorily, I lost an engine when it fell out. Jiffylube refused to take responsibility and I was forced to pay $6,300 for a new motor on my own. I know that Shorkey will do the job right the first time and every time. I have great faith in your staff.
I’ve always been treated well by the service and parts staff. I deeply appreciate their work ethic and their voncetn for the customer.
