Carter was great to deal with! He had to give me bad news - which I already suspected - but he was very kind and professional in how he handled it.
The most unpleasant part of the visit was the 4 hour wait from start to finish. However, I was able to get some things done. My only suggestion - which would be a total luxury- is to put a few of the small table stands for those chairs. It would have made using my laptop easier. But all in all, everyone was great to deal with; the facility was clean and bright.

.the service dept rotated my tires but did not correct the air to the factory recommended level as I specifically requested. You all did a good job other than this. But your failure at this means i now have to go pay for air and get this done. My request was on the work order.
