About two weeks ago I noticed some kind of a failing bearing noise. I mentioned this to the service advisor. When the service work was complete he told me that they couldn’t find anything. While this made me feel good from a cost standpoint it worried me when I drove away and the noise was still there after the oil and transmission service. He said that I would need to wait and see what happens. There may be nothing wrong but the sound is not normal and continues after the service. I expected that the car had been driven to listen for the noise but the noise was still there with no report after the service except to tell me that they didn’t hear anything.

Service was quick. Service advisor very prompt and professional.

Lexington is cost for service for me but St. Andrews Columbia these guys are much friendlier and keep me up to date on what's going on with my truck. Will never go anywhere else. Dewayne makes sure I am taken care of.
