We drive over 80 miles for service, even though another Toyota dealer is closer. Shawn is one of the reasons why we drive the extra miles. He represents Newbold Toyota well.

I was disgusted with the disregard of the customers waiting in the showroom while several employees were saying the “F” curse word to each other back and forth. As much money as we are spending with the maintenance and the time we set aside to come in for the appointments , customers should at least wait in a pleasant, welcoming environment.
This is not the first time i heard employees saying F words- the last time I was in, one of the employees had to tell the guys to shut up because they were cursing so much. Do Better Toyota.

The Newbold Sales and Service Team are the Best. I had an emergency tire blow up which left me stranded. Starting with Dave from sales who picked me up so I could rent a car while my Prius was being repaired to Car Rental Associate who got me into a Camry before closing. Mark made sure a new tire was delivered and installed first thing in the morning. Without the assistance of these dedicated associates my experience would have been very stressful.

Going to get washed while it was in for service like it is when I take it to Alton Munganast Toyota. Other than that I was completely satisfied with the actual service on the car. I will just have to take it to Alton Toyota for service just because of the car wash and it is half the distance for me.
