Mariah and her coworker Helen were very pleasant and helpful. I was in a bit of a pinch and although it was late afternoon on a Saturday they both hustled to make sure my problem would be taken care of. I had a tire with a nail in it, and without a key to the wheel lock there was no way to get the tire fixed. They promptly got someone to replace the wheel locks with regular lug nuts, and there was enough time for me to get the car to the shop and have the tire replaced before the end of the business day. Otherwise, with just one car, not knowing how long the tire with the nail in it would hold up, and my wife being precariously ill, we would have been in a difficult situation over the weekend. The Newbold team is and has always been beyond excellent. I wish the 2021 - 2023 Toyota vehicles had the same level of performance. My recent Toyota purchases have made me consider buying Honda vehicles. Toyota was phenomenal but the quality of the Toyota products has dropped drastically. Selling vehicles with known issues is very poor behavior and causes the consumer base to lose confidence in Toyota.

Mark was informative and kept me abreast of what was happening. I brought my car in because it had a maintenance required signal up for the ABS system. Mark told me that they looked and it was fine. He suggested I do my spark plugs in addition to what I asked for (coolant, radiator flush, alignment). Less than an hour after leaving, the light was on once again. I called and left a message. I have to figure out when I could schedule another appt. It will cost another $1000 it seems.

I didn’t have any issues with the service I received from Shawn. The issue I had was with the dealership no longer providing a loaner vehicle when the service spans more than one day. I’ve brought my previous Toyota vehicles to Newbold for service in the past and was always offered a loaner vehicle when the repair was going to take more than one day. I’m highly disappointed with this new policy.
