Very satisfied with the service performed but disappointed in the length of time it took. It was the 5,000 mi tire rotation/ check-up. My appointment was for 9:30. I arrived at 9:15, and the car wasn’t done until about 11:30. Based on priory experiences with this type of service I was planning on it taking no more than an hour.
That said, I’ll give Newbold a pass this time and will plan on service appointments to take longer than I’m used to at my small town CDJR dealer. I did appreciate the video of the work Perry. Comforting to know the work was thorough.
