I took my crossover in because the running boards let in snow. All four doors. I also asked for a dent to be examined. Instead, service did an oil change that I didn’t even need. No one had any clue about the running board situation and then told me the body man/woman isn’t in until Friday.

I’ve always had great service until today. After surrendering my keys to the porter and walked in to meet with an agent regarding my appointment. I walked in and was told someone would be with me shortly. It wasn’t until a third person walked in that the agent finally decided to help me. After asking for a ride home, which I was told wouldn’t be a problem, I sat for 3 hours in the waiting room waiting for a porter. Then the guy finally came to tell me my car was done. With a check engine light on, I wasn’t sure how long my appointment would be. I didn’t bring my work laptop because I was told in advance that I’d get a ride home.
