Everything is ok except the guy who handle the lock box for car key. I forget my door keys was chained with car key and been locked in the key box which hung on the windows. I asked him open the box for me but he said car unlock. But I can find the car key inside my RAV4 then I figured out it was locking in the box. Then I asked him again, he was reluctantly to do that and after I got my door key back he closed the box very hardly to hit the side window. I’m shocking with the service I never seen in the Piercey TOYOTA, or envision Toyota I just noticed today. But anyway, I won’t go there again. I prefer send my car to local car shop who always smiles to clients.

First off, Marvin was awesome! He was very helpful when I approached him to ask for assistance as I was waiting for a long time to be helped. He was attentive to any questions I had and he explained the process for service maintenance. Overall, he was great to work with and I'd be happy to work with him again!
The only dissatisfaction was getting help to begin with. We recently bought our car from this dealership and it was my vehicle's first service. I accidentally pulled into the wrong line but the drop-off driveway was fairly empty. A car pulled up in the correct lane next to me and was helped first. I was a little confused and asked for help and was told that I was in the non-appointment line. I had asked if it was okay to move my car to the correct line since there were only my vehicle and the other. I was told it was okay and to wait in my vehicle for the next person to help me. Three more cars showed up in the appointment line, and were immediately helped but I was largely ignored. I came out again to ask for help and was told to continue waiting in my car and by then I had been waiting for 30 minutes and had to use the restroom (I'm 8 months pregnant and it's hard to sit for long). I went out to ask for help and Marvin was kind enough to step in to offer assistance. --My guess is that there was some miscommunication on this. The person I initially spoke with was moving cars after people checked in and I'm not sure that he understood I had an appointment. My guess is that he understood because he told me I was in the wrong line but that it was okay. He had radioed for help for other customers in the correct line so I had expected he'd grant me the same courtesy but either I wasn't granted it, or he forgot. The fault in entering the wrong line was entirely my own but I had asked to remedy the situation. I'll still continue to use this dealership to service my vehicle and I now know which line to enter.
