I was very happy with my overall experience. I received a call earlier this week about a recall item Piercey Toyota wanted to look at again. I also expressed some of my concerns about the motor oil in my car and I was able to make an appointment easily to address both issues. Today I took my car in and Dexter was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I also appreciated that Dexter did not pressure me into any extra services. My car was ready as promised and even the employees who brought my car our were kind enough to find me inside the lobby and let me know it was ready for me to take home.

Text message at 11am said all was on schedule for 11:20 finish (promised time) then nothing. I went up to the front at noon to ask, my tech was out at lunch, nobody knew the status of my car. It had been finished some time before but I was never notified. Left with my car around 12:10 almost a full hour after promised. Very disappointing.
