I complained about a serious problem about my diver seat in my new vehicle and the service technician kept telling me there wasn't anything that can be done about it! I took my new vehicle to another Toyota dealer who took time to investigate my complaint and found the seat was out of alignment. They fixed the problem immediately and don't change me. I was in and out unless than 20 minutes! Where do you think I'll go the next time I need service?

I was told that a 130,000 mile service was a minor one and that it would cost approximately 120 or so, when I called in to fix the appointment. I am a very long time customer of Piercey. When I went in for the actual appointment, the service person racked up all sorts of things some of which I am not st all sure we're really necessary, and ran up the bill to about 400.00
I have been told that dealers try to do this routinely in order to make maximum profit. Piercey has fired or got rid of the few service people who used to work there who were honest and showed real loyalty to the customer. I bought two of my last cars from Piercey but I don't think I will do it hereafter because I think Piercey has no real customer loyalty.
