The person that help me today was very unprofessional, with no courtesy and border line rude. And in the mechanic area, as I was about to drive out of the lot I realized one of the hub caps wasn't installed properly all the way fastened into the rim and it was about to fall off. Didn't I notice it, I would be loosing the hub cap and driving with only 3 I think more attention to detail is needed.

The manager assisted me in correcting the replacement of my windshield wipers that were installed wrong. They fell out while I was driving in the rain. The manger(sorry I did not catch his name since I was upset) upgraded the wipers and installed them himself. You can get your 5stars back. Thank you

Not properly staffed for volume of service on a Sunday afternoon. It took almost 30 minutes before I was able to speak to a service advisor, and all I wanted to do was drop off the car due to a check engine light. It's usually that busy, which is a major frustration. My car needed repair, but the quoted price wasn't completely honest. 150 for the part plus 2 hours of labor is what I was quoted over the phone after they had a chance to scan the OBD. I was shocked that it was almost 650 total. The 155 diagnostic fee being separate, and cost for the labor weren't explicitly spelled out. No total was given when they called to tell me it would be ready, so I had serious sticker shock when I got to the cashier because of my own false expectations. Just tell me over the phone how much it's going to be.

Phillip was polite and gave good customer service. The text notifications were convenient for me. Phillip followed up with a phone call and message about the service results and was thorough. There was a wait for the "appointment" line for about 10 minutes but I was seen by Phillip by my schedule appointment time of 11AM (although it was noted that I didn't have an appointment). The service was finished by 12:50PM as stated on the paper. Overall, I am pretty satisfied.

Reza khan was the advisor. He is the worst representative i ever met for car maintenance. I asked him several questions about services, his was very impatient by saying he was not going to waste his time. In the end, I asked him if he could call me when the car was ready to pickup, his answer was simply no. The worst part is that he didn't even give me the paperwork, when I thought I was all set. I returned to his desk ASKING for that, after I realized I should have something as the "receipt". Why he didn't give that to me in the first place? I am totally unsatisfied with his service.
