When I was contacted about my car service not completed at the end of the day when it was promised, I was not offered a loaner car initially. I had to call back and had to explain myself - it should be protocol for the dealership to offer a loaner car at the time customer is notified of not making the promised pickup time. I should not have to justify my situation to be given the option of a loaner car, especially when not making the promised time was out of my control.

The service representative suggested us to do the tire sensor exam because he was very sure that the sensor should have been broken. We took his suggestion because he reminded us he was the expert. But it turned out sensor was ok but only tightness necessary. We spent 155 labor few because of this. We are disppont on this.

Only thing I noticed were your driver valets driving a bit too aggressive on the already-congested dealer lot. Waaaaay too heavy on the gas and brake pedals. May want to remind them it isn't worth an accident especially if it's not even their cars!
