Never received a call when my car was ready. My service adviser said she called and left a message however never saw a message on my cell phone. Luckily I was near by and stopped by at 3:30 PM. I have no idea why I should even make appointments. When the service adviser asked me if I was going to wait for my car, I said no. So we set my committed time of my car nearly 3 and a half hour later. What is even the point of making an appointment if it'll take that long for a basic tire rotation? My service adviser didn't review my multi-point inspection, the 75k service is really just a tire rotation and I get it for free at Costco, however I decide to do it here just so that it's documented and you guys can do the multi-point inspection. I go here for all my service on my Prius since I don't have time to do it myself. My service adviser never went over the multi-point inspection, so I don't see the point of even doing it here. Next. I asked her about making sure the tire pressure is done right since my previous experience the tire pressure never gets checked. The prius's manufacturer specs says 35 in the front and 33 in the rear. Last time I checked my tire pressure, it was 35 in the rear and 33 in the front. That tells me it was rotated however it was never checked. This changes the handling of the prius and the way it reacts during emergency handling and it will oversteer. I drive over 40k miles a year and this is one of my work cars. I expect things done right, this is why i am **** about my tire pressure. This time I brought it up to my service adviser and she just ignored me like I don't know what I am talking about... I'm frankly going to be looking for another Toyota dealer that pays attention to details when doing my service. As you can tell, I do every service on this car at your dealership and you have lost my business.
