Marvin’s care for customers was very apparent today. He helped many customers who were waiting to be seen by an advisory as quickly has he could, reviewed the service I was having done on my vehicle, called when my vehicle was ready for pick up, and even ensured that my vehicle was brought out for pick up quickly.

Poor quality service. Including the driver who delivered the vehicle all the windows were down seat was moved very close to the steering wheel. I was informed the work would take 3-4 hours after 5 hours I called to see if the work was finished. Six hours later after starting work I received a call to say it was ready. My previous experiences at Piercey were excellent.
