I brought my car yesterday 3/5/2022 for the first maintenance(5k), but when I got home I found the order showing that is the 10k maintenance service which is not I am receiving.

The Crank case service require for old cars and not oil changed car regularly. I always trap into these money minded/commission people. He started telling me that he will provide full service when I increase to my service cost from 130$ to 180$. I am done with the Piercy Toyota, that was my last service. I will find one reliable and trustable service next. Sorry you lost one good customer.

The reason I return as a forever customer is simple Viet Bach, his team both behind the advisors desk and in the shop, porters included make the commute worth it. I have not had disappointing nor satisfactory service since my first day as a costumer 5 years ago and going strong. Although there’s been many, many changes from advisors to vehicles to policies, one thing I know is certain and true the work, the details, the one on one, the commitment, most especially the communication is phenomenal!

The representative gave me a total out of the door service since I did a full service. When I picked my car up, he charged me more than what he promised. Representative gave false promises and deals with customers, which is upsetting. Will not come here in the future for car services.

The wheel alignment upsell tacked on to the last warranty service was not a good way to make me trust you going forward. This was your last guaranteed contact with me as a customer, and instead of making me want to come back, you made me not want to come back.

I had initially set up an appointment to get my car paint evaluated. Envision set up my appointment on a Saturday morning. I showed up to my appointment and was told that they do not do paint evaluations on the weekend. I am baffled as to why my appointment was made for a Saturday if they cannot do the evaluation on weekends. I made another appointment with an advisor who set it up for Wednesday at 2PM. I arrive to my appointment to find out that the parts representative leaves at 1 pm on weekdays. Again I am confused why I was scheduled for a time where my car cannot be taken in by the shop. Thankfully Viet was there to help assist me. I received my first apology from Envision by Viet about the entire ordeal. He gained my trust in leaving my vehicle with Envision by assisting me with my rental and appointment. He and Christina (rental) helped me get my vehicle in to services at the time of my appointment and I was on my way. I am grateful for Viet and Christina in helping me finally get this process going. There was a slight misunderstanding with the estimated completion date for my vehicle. I called in on the day it was estimated to complete and a different advisor told me my vehicle was ready. I arrived at the shop and was told there was a misunderstanding and that my vehicle was not ready. I was there for over an hour. The next day Viet reached out to me and apologized again for the misunderstanding and he let me know when my vehicle was ready. I received that call and when I arrived, I signed my paperwork and I received my vehicle within 15 minutes. My car looks great and the labor performed on my vehicle was good. Unfortunately I received so much misinformation and wasted a lot of time visiting the shop for no reason that I felt hesitant to return. Thankfully the service provided by Viet and Christina made me change my mind. Thanks!
