Francisco did a great job checking my vehicle service history, explaining what service was needed this time and what wasn’t needed. When the technician discovered some unexpected issues, Francisco texted me the photos of the issues and called me to explain the ramifications and estimated cost so that I could make an informed decision. He also helped me get a discount since the work was pricey. The car was delivered to me in fine condition with a wash also. Enjoyed working with Francisco.

It wasn’t bad but just for checking the oil quality and safety points, they could told me to wait instead of send me home and have come back, no one told me what they did on the truck i knew it just by reading the order...
Personally Volkwagen and Mercedes have being offering way different service with my other cars they even wash the car every single service...

I’ve been here 3 times now. I always make an appointment. I usually have to wait for someone to greet me, but this time I had to wait 15 min. I didn’t feel that all the people working there were putting the customers first. They were there for a job. Talked to each other more than the customers. My last visit, I had a great guy! This time, she was nice, but could have been friendlier. My biggest complaint is the wait upon arrival. Piercy Honda has much better and friendlier service. Love the coffee machine though! Very nice waiting area too.
