I arrived at 1300 for my appointment at 1315. I never received updates. I went to talk to Jason at 1530. I said , "my daughter gets out of school in 16 minutes. Do you know how long it will be. He tells me another hour. I said, "I can't do that. I need to get my daughter from school. I never received my oil change. I had to call back to find out if I got my oil change because I thought I did I thought that the procedures they do not complete the engine thing. I left work early from work to sit in the waiting room for two hours and 45 minutes. This is unacceptable and the worst service I've ever received from your company. The last three times I have gone there for services on my car. The communication has been very poor and there's always an issue.. I was told that the manager Chris was going to call me back today and did not return my call. If you guys were short staffed today, you should've let me know at the beginning of my appointment, but nothing was communicated. I waited for two hours and 45 minutes. This is a very big disappointment and I'm not happy at all.
