Making an appointment first thing in the morning was the best thing ever! The team was very attentive to my needs and took care of my vehicle. The last couple times I went for my service. It was extremely short staff, I waited well over four hours and I felt like I wasn’t getting quality care. This last visit was my last test and I will return again hopeful to receive the same service I got yesterday

Terrible experience, unprofessional rep. I have to confront him to know I don’t like how he is treating me and handling my situation on the very first day step there. All my cars are Toyota, I love Toyota but most often treated like you are nobody to them.
