Was Treated rudely.
When I first got there was said that I didn't have an appointment which I had made earlier. They had it on the paperwork outside when I dropped my car then was told I was gonna have to wait 3 hours. Luckily it only took 1 hour then my car was ready. They gave me the keys. I then had to go find my own car and the parking lot was not pulled when finally finding my car.
There was the paper match. All crumbled up and plastic in my front seat which I had to throw away myself. Not happy with my experience.Will not be returning ever!

The service when they sent me the video you can’t hear what he is saying. I had to keep calling back to see if my warranty covered my repairs and then Miguel would say he would call me back and doesn’t call me back I called back over 6 times then the following day at 4 pm I had to call to see if they fixed my car and then he said he was just working on my paper work. Then when I got my car the sticker for the oil change was not even updated.

I appreciate the Toyota service coupons and the follow up communication to schedule the service appointment.
Danielle was also excellent with her communication throughout my visit.
However, the outside of the vehicle has hand and fingerprints all over the fenders, hood, and driver’s door. Not quite sure why it is necessary to touch the vehicle in so many places to open the hood and the door?
As a result, I will be washing my vehicle to remove them.

Tried to okey-doke me on a new electrical harness $12,000 worth of work which they knew that was not true
The problem lied were the previous mechanic from that facility. Did the repair couple years back? I would call that dishonesty. Plus I purchased a battery from your facility two years ago and the battery keeps leaking
The batteries is under warranty it should’ve been replaced
