I was told the wait was going to be an 1 hour and 40 mins, which I wasn’t fond of, but I had to get it done. The worst part is the wait was actually 2 and 1/2 hours. I had to go ask what was going on with Ruben, he proceeded to say my car was done and just needed a wash. Finally he comes and give me the receipt, so I could pay, but car was next to be wash. I pay and wait outside for my car. After he confirms with me, that I’m waiting outside, I come to realize my car was sitting there for a while and he comes 15 mins later to bring the key. Horrible horrible customer service. No communication whatsoever. People that arrived after me came and went. Never plan on going back.

Started with a "low brake fluid" caution by the advisor. I voiced my suspicion of that being the case. I was not present for this inspection. Service was then performed with no problem mentioned, including the "brake fluid". In conclusion, we as customers must trust that the services we receive are first quality and complete. Omar went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. He did not need to but when we found out we had to have a seal replaced due to a recall on our 2016 truck which we had modified for flat towing he made sure Toyota would cover the full cost of the repair so we were not out any extra costs. Because of his attitude towards customer service I will be purchasing my next truck from Gosh Toyota when this one is ready to retire. Thank you again Omar for your positive service. Regards

Omar did an excellent job of taking down the information. I had asked him a question about the auto dimmer for the lights. He said that he would help me out I pickup the car. When the car was ready he remembered the question and made it his priority to look at it first with me. Of course it was a simple thing, but I liked his personal response to take care of the question. He does an excellent job, is motivated, friendly, articulate all around great guy.

Taleka was great! She helped me with everything and made sure I was informed step by step of everything. My only complaint would be the pick up/drop off service. If you have 7 cars, why did it take an hour and a half to pick me up after I called? It was just frustrating because I had things to do in the afternoon and I missed out on them waiting for a pick up.
