I was not pleased at having to wait 1 1/2 hours for an oil change when made an appt to have a simple oil change. My wait time is less when I walk into jiffy lube or even the auto mall oil change place and I get a free car wash there. I seem to have similar disapointing experiences each time I being my Toyota to gosch for service.

Don't feed a lifetime mechanic a line of **** that it takes 4 to 6 hrs to change 2 warranty recall rear bumper braces which takes 1hr at the most. Admit things are over booked. I had to do without my truck all day and had things planned to do. 9:00 till 6:00

Yes, Jarrod took great care of me and my wife's car. I told him that my wife received a message that her battery for her that the key battery needed to replace and he took care of that for me as well and replace my key battery as well.
