I was not helped at all. After waiting two and a half hours I was told my van could not be worked on because it was altered. Why was I not told this when I first brought my van in. Why did I have to wait almost three hours. My 2016 Sienne was not altered. I bought the van from Toyota with the ramp installed in it. The van came from Toyota with the ramp installed. Now Toyota refuses to honor the warrenty the van was sold to me with. What a scam. In 2018 I will be buying my first Honda. I'm done getting screwed by Toyota.
