Jacob was helpful, cheerful, professional and diligent in the persevere nice of his duties. He was careful to accurately describe my auto's problems, questioning me several times about the vehicle's malfunctions. He followed up the mechanics diagnosis with an easy to understand explanation on what it would take to fix the problem and howuch it would cost. He made himself available toake sure I was receiving quality service. Jacob is an excellent service writer, if that is an accurate description of his job title.
