We are very happy to use your dealership for servicing our car. I did have one thing happen and that was after we left we made a couple of stops and while walking up from behind or car we noticed that a bumper cover plate was missing. At first I thought it might be something to do with the servicing . We came back to the s evicted counter and talked with the assistant service manager. He said that it is a towing hook up. He did order the part , but I'm just not sure if I have to pay for it or if your dealership is covering it. Not actually sure how it came up missing. Other than that we love your dealership always a great job

I emphasized a recurring problem that I've mentioned for the last few service visits. Since I am STILL having the problem, it has obviously not been fixed!! My tire light goes on for long periods of time interspersed with some periods where it is not. As luck would have it, the light was NOT ON WHEN I brought the car in today. Let me assure you that it's been ON for several weeks! He indicated nothing was wrong. I told him what was wrong. No further effort was made to discover the cause because it was "not easy." Do you only fix easy problems?? His arrogance was annoying. He suggested that my doctor would say the same thing if no symptoms were immediately evident. I responded that any professional would examine the problem further to find a solution. I don't expect a blow off because it isn't EASY. I hope your techs have.more initiative than this lazy guy. FLASH...LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS EASY!
