My vehicle was towed in by 2pm and was not diagnosed until 4pm the following day. I made countless phone calls because no one at the service department EVER made 1 call out to me. I called in the morning and in the afternoon for updates. I know if I would have walked in with my car they would have treated me differently, but because I want there they put my car on the back burner. I did NOT appreciate that at all. I'm switching to Toyota Temecula for my services now. Here I even paid the tow truck extra to take it to Gosh because I used to like the service.
