I asked for a shuttle to take me to my mom's because my daughter is sick and I needed to see how she was. I checked at 15:10 and hour later still no shuttle. At 16:05 Paul called saying he be there in 15 minutes. He called back at 16:20 stating he was here. I said where he said at your house, I was at the dealer. I went in asking Gabriela what was taking too long she stated that the system stated that already tried picking me up which I knew was untrue because Paul called me. She stated that they usually pick you up in the waiting area which the whole time I was waiting outside in front were drop the card off. I asked how it would take for the car to be she said 16:40. It was already 16:15. Then at 16:20 Paul called. When Gabriela came in the waiting area I informed her that just called and he was at my moms house. She said "oh, really. I don't how that happened."
