I am trusting your work to be the best possible. I have always had great to acceptable service at Gosch Toyota. I dropped my car wednesday morning for regular service and he called me to say he needed it overnight for a recall. So I call 2X thurs morn but his machine picks up. Im needing the car so I order a Taxi. That PM the machine again so I ask for someone else in service and Tamara said shed take care of it. I was called shortly that its ready. I come in and they cant find my car or the paperwork. Stephanie took control of the situation and found my car and paperwork but the quote for the bodywork wasnt there so she got it from the body shop. Im sure this was the exception to the usual service and there no doubt are good reasons for the appearance of chaos and disorganization today.

The tech's were super friendly, knowledgeable and articulate. They even took the extre time to show me the old air filter and cabin filter after I had already given the approval to replace them. The tech who rang me up was very good at his job and took the time to educate me about some maintenance about my vechicle. He also told me about some services that I didn't even know were available. All without give me the feeling I was receiving a sales pitch. A all the way around.

My experience with him was great although I wasn't happy tha i received an email advertising extending Toyota Care for 299 and was told that it was raised today to 329. I called before my anniversary date which is in Feb. Who do I complain yo yo get the difference refunded.

I was waiting on the curb for my car after i was told my car was ready ,your brings my car around and when i walk toward my car your employee lookat me and took my keys in sid and gave them to a nother employee and left me out side as if it was not my car. I worked 45 long year so that i can buy and drive what every i can afford and to have a employee of your to show such disrespect to any customer mo matter how he dress . I have purchased two cars from your franchise and was about to purchase Two more for my kids but i will look for there cars from a mor respectful dealership

The work was done professionally and courteously. I waited 3 hours for a minor tune-up and wheel alignment because someone put a different number on the car than was on the work order. Therefore after calling for status on the car several times I was told that they couldn't find it. (Of course not, the work order # wasn't the one on the car). My car was done and sitting waiting for me at the end of the lot, for how long I don't know. Darron Guy was very helpful through all of this and apologized profusely for my long wait. Sidney, who had written up the work order, was quite silent. I will continue to take my car to Gosch Toyota for service as they have always done a good job for me and treated me well. I think this was an isolated and unfortunate experience.

Mike and Jacob were very helpful. I have had trans shifting issues with my Tacoma from the beginning. Mike & Jacob didn't doubt my issues and just fixed it. That was refreshing. Doing they job to satisfy the customer. Thanks
