This has nothing to do with William — I was happy with his service, and the time they finished the oil change job however, I noticed lately that someone is going through my stuff in the car like the glove compartment when I go there for maintenance service. Also, the last time somebody stole my daughter’s Sun Bucks card — it’s a card issued by the state to school aged kids loaded with $120 bucks that they can use for groceries during the summer months. I can’t believe the mechanics/ workers steal stuff like that. They can’t even use it. Are they not paid enough that they would even look for something to steal from the clients?

1. The advisor was very friendly and kind. Although I am not very proficient in English, the advisor was very patient in explaining everything to me. 2. On 2025/01/07, the tire pressure light came on, so I came here to inflate the tires. After inflating, I also took the opportunity to do the last service under warranty. However, after the service, the head unit malfunctioned, and it would crash as soon as it was turned on. It was an absurd and exaggerated service experience. 3. On 2025/01/08, I came back here to have the head unit repaired. After waiting for 4.5 hours, I was told, 'The head unit is broken, and they don't know why. We can only wait for one or two weeks for the new unit to arrive and replace it.' I believe that just 'diagnosing' the head unit failure should not take this long. I expected the 4.5 hours to include the replacement of the head unit, so perhaps the efficiency could be improved.

Miguel’s customers service was excellent, what I’m not satisfied is with the people who serviced my car, is not the first time they don’t perform the job properly I marked my tires to make sure they were rotated and they were not rotated, the day I changed the breaks they didn’t resurface the rotors and is not the first time this happens. I have to mark my stuff to make sure they are doing the job? I went back and they did rotated the tires, but I don’t have the time to be at the dealership two times because somebody decided to foolish the customers by not doing the job they promised to do when I got my Toyota Care plan.
