Although the service for my vehicle went as expected, through human error my vehicle keys were misplaced after my service. I understand mistakes happen but nonetheless it was a stressful and concerning experience. Stephanie was very apologetic and professional, but at some point it appears the incorrect tag was placed on my keys when the original tag fell off. Maybe in the future employees could locate the vehicle that belongs to keys without a tag so this doesn't happen. Again, everyone involved was concerned and very thorough in looking for my keys so I will continue to be a customer, just trying to brainstorm how this could be avoided in the future. Thank you again to Stephanie and all who helped.

Darron was super helpful, sincere and informative. I was kept up to date on our cars progress in a timely fashion via text messages and two phone calls to let me know what you expect and when. I also was given a ride home to Canyon Lake as well as offered a ride back. We will definitely return and recommend others as well.
