We made an appt. and Sydney was very helpful. We dropped our car off the night before about 8:30 pm. A gentleman came out showed us how to use the drop box and let us know how well trained your Mechanics were. Sydney called me when my car was done and called me later when I hadn't shown up. By 5;30. Which was good because I was at the store and would have forgotten to pick up my car until much later. All in all I am very satisfied with my experience at your service dept.

Javier was very nice and helpful. The problem was that I had to call three times to find out if my car was ready after it had been there for approximately 6-hours. The Customer Service Manager finally had to go and find out for me. One of the people I talked to, a lady, told me Javier was the only one who could help me which was ridiculous. Anyone who answered the phone should have been able to check.
