We were suppose to.have a shuttle ride by 0815 to get my work. We finally got a shuttle ride at 0928. I'm a medical person and my patients do not appreciate my tardiness. I had very clearly arranged the shuttle time when i.made the appointment. I had to check every 10 minutes and kept be told the shuttle would be there in just a few minutes. It was on its way. And other excuses. Im.pleased with the actual work done on my.car. thank you.

I received an email from Gosch Toyota today advising me that I can update my maps on my Venza if I bring my car into the dealership. I'm very disappointed that I received the notification today when my car was at your dealership yesterday. Wondering why I wasn't offered this when I was there yesterday. I then went to the live chat to let someone know my disappointment and he did not know the answer to whether I can do it on my own or have to bring it into the shop and then the person was offering me information about your hours. It was more frustrating to chat with someone because he did not have the answer. I think you need better communication between what you have to offer your customers and getting that information to them and making sure your Associates have that information. Disappointed with this experience...
