Well after making an appointment at 10 am when I called gosch Toyota because that's where I purchased my Hyundai Veloster as a used veichle the person who made my appointment said well I know you purchased your car here but since it's a Hyundai I will be making your appointment at gosch Hyundai. I said ok. I get to Hyundai and the guys telling me that since I bought my car at Toyota and have the Toyota care plan they can't service my car there. They then tell me to go to Toyota and Simone will help me there. I then am told to see Stephanie I believe her name was which didn't have the best customer service but she was Nice. She was having trouble on how to input my service since my car was not a Toyota etc etc I was standing at the counter for 15 min plus she did apologize as she was asking another gentleman how to do it and he was being sarcastic and rude to her telling her what don't tell me you've never done that and you can't get in the system and left. After she kept trying she got up and asked him again that lead him to go and do it himself and still couldn't figure it out until a bit after. There was no need for his rude comments in front of the customer if he's a supervisor and she's asking for help show her how to do it. After she was able to input my service on the system told me it would be done at 11:30 i had an appointment at 10 so I said ok. Mind you this is only an oil change. Well thankfully I only had to wait an hour not an hour and a half. The service was done she didn't tell me what was done to my car what they checked or anything she just gave me my keys and said sign here that you owe 0.00 and that's it. I don't know if they didn't care because I wasn't paying since it was my service from my Toyota plan but that's unacceptable to me. I spent my money with your company and feel that customer service can definitely be worked on. You wanted my feed back so there you go. I would definitely talk to your employees on how they act say or do when customers are around. Example the rude guy supervisor telling Stephanie basically calling her stupid in front of me saying u don't know how to do it. Then another gentleman massaging another guy idk maybe trying to get a weekend off or something but things like these are un called for when I'm just there waiting longer than needed for a simple oil change

I do not believe the oil was changed. When the dipstick was pulled, dark oil appeared.

Stephanie was great! I came in concerned about getting service done but was on a time crunch and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour and were so friendly. They even helped me set up an appointment for anothe day for some repair work. Mike the service manager and Darrin are awesome as well. i was very satisfied with my visit.
