Car was brought in for oil change and to check the cigarette lighter charger as it didn't work. Car was brought up to me as finished and I was told they couldn't fix the cigarette lighter issue as a simple fuse didn't fix it. I get in car to leave and no radio or clock are working, both worked when I brought it in. Tell service writer she takes car in back and then it is brought back up shortly. Now the clock and radio work and the cigarette lighter issue is fixed I am told. Get back in the car and notice the fuse panel cover laying on the floor mat, have had enough at this point will put the cover on at home. Get home and the power door locks no longer work, either from the switch on the door or via the remote on the key. Call Service and they tell me that the techs are going home and to bring it in Monday. Thanks for nothing. Took it to Crown Toyota today and they fixed the issue in 5 minutes, no charge. Won't be back to Gosch.

Not very organized system when checking in. You dont know where to stand or if you are supposed to stay in your car or get out. There are no signs directing you where to stand. Everyone crowds up against the windows not knowing what to do!!!! Second time we've done this.
