I was told when I got there for my scheduled 35000 mile service it would be "about an hour and a half". I arrived at 11:20 for an 11:30 appointment. I didn't leave until 2:20. At 2pm I finally asked if my car was ready and was told "yes, I'll get the paperwork done." I saw my car sitting in the back at that time. I had asked for it to be washed. It was. But it was also not wet, so had been sitting for awhile. Maybe someone forgot to tell me my car was ready after the hour and a half? 3 hours for minor service. W-A-Y too long! I've become disillusioned with your service department as this is not the first time I've been less than satisfied.
