Two services two fails. Made it absolutely clear "do not wash the car" you washed the car both times. I requested the E-brake be adjusted because it has too much travel, "can't do that it's not covered" even though it left the factory that way. I didn't buy the car here but I am pretty sure I will not be back to the Gosch group!

I had a 2:30pm appointment for a 25,000 mile service. I actually arrived early. The service writer completed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. He indicated it would take between 60-90 minutes, but also said I should be "outa there before that". After an hour, I saw what I believed to be my Tundra sitting behind the tire area. After 90 minutes, I went to the service writer's area and observed my truck in the same spot. The service writer said "I'm bringing up the paperwork now." A Toyota worker then drove my truck through the car wash. When the paperwork was ready, I asked him what took so long...the answer I received was less than satisfying. He explained another customer had questions about a tire purchase and that was the reason for the delay. Sorry, but I don't the connection.

Darren guy gave me great customer service from the moment I walked in the door to me picking up my car to go home. Also they help I got on the phone was awesome the young lady was sick and she answered and took care of every question I had and directed me and all the paths I needed to go on and I do not even know her name.
