The check in guys were friendly and very personable. The shuttle drive was very friendly as well and got me to work on time. She was also my return driver and a pleasure to talk to. My car was finished in a timely manner the only thing I wish they would have done was put it through the care wash prior to pick up. Instead they asked as the time of pick up and I had to decline as I was due back at work. Unfortunately I was 30 mins late in my return.

I was not scheduled for maintenance on the Toyota Sienna until 9/27; however, when I realized the mileage was nearing 30,000, I contacted Gosch Toyota this morning (7/28) to have the vehicle serviced asap. My first contact was Kaitlyn who exhibited excellent customer service before transferring the call to Denise. Denise greeted us as we pulled into the service center with a smile and a mission to take care of our needs expediently. She escorted us into the office and proceeded to complete the paperwork with precision and accuracy, all the while treating her clients with respect in a "down to earth" fashion. What a sweetheart to make the children feel "loved" too...a 5 month old and a 10 year old amputee. A few moments later we were excited to see our technician, Chris Jones, who took the time to come in and say "hi". He not only acknowledged my grandchildren, but his "servant" attitude shined as he ensured our vehicle would be taken care of and made us comfortable with an ice cream for my grandson and a welcomed bottle of water for me. When the car was done, Darron came up to us with a smile and an assurance that everything checked out great, and that our vehicle was being washed and would be ready in 5 minutes. The staff mentioned above show a passion and a commitment to take care of their customers and obviously to represent Gosch Toyota with exemplary conduct. Furthermore, indirect staff would ask if they could assist with anything, and their kind words to the children are appreciated. We send a huge thank you to this team for excellency in every area of customer care! My unplanned request put pressure on their busy workload yet their teamwork prevailed over all obstacles, twists, and turns so my 30,000 maintenance would not be voided. When I made the appointment I said that I would like to be have the courtesy shuttle take me home and pick me up. When I was signing the papers for the order, one was just getting ready to leave. My recall work took a little over 3 hours. By the time a shuttle came for me more than an hour had past. So by the time I would have gotten home and pick up again I would of been home maybe a half hour. I told them to cancel it because I didn't want to waste your time or mine. This is the first time I wasn't happy with the service that was offered to me at Gosch. I was also shocked that I didn't get a complimentary car wash with work done on my car especially recall work. I have always gone to Gosch because they were good to me and got me in and out unlike Temecula. Today definitely wasn't handled like it was in the past.

The only thing I would have liked is if they could have taken out the paper floor mat and the plastic seat cover rather than leaving them in the car when I got it. Other than that I am very happy.

They promised that the maintenance will be done by 1200 instead it got done 1330. I wish they told me ahead of time that it will be 3 hours maintenance I would have ask if the shuttle to take me home, and pick me up once the maintenance was done.
